Adjust the baking time according to thickness.

Mix the Almond flour (50 g), Flax meal (50 g), and Psyllium (15 g). Add the Egg (100 g) and Olive oil (30 g), and knead a thick dough.

Shape it into a ball, wrap it, and rest it for 20 minutes. Roll the dough between sheets of parchment to 3–4 mm and cut it into crackers.

Bake the crackers at 200°C for about 15 minutes until golden, then cool them on a rack.
