Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire (DEBQ): emotional eating behavior

Голландский опросник нарушений пищевого поведения (DEBQ): эмоциогенное (эмоциональное) пищевое поведение

The questionnaire is designed to identify three types of eating behavior: restrictive, emotional, and external. It contains 33 questions. This block assesses the tendency to use food as a way to cope with negative emotions — stress, anxiety, boredom, fatigue, or loneliness. High values reflect a tendency to “eat” emotional states.
