Results.
Combined training and high-intensity interval training provided the greatest reduction in blood pressure. Combined training reduced systolic pressure by -12.05 mmHg and diastolic by -6.20 mmHg, while high-intensity interval training reduced systolic pressure by -10.97 mmHg and diastolic by -6.42 mmHg.

This study aimed to identify sociodemographic and clinical factors influencing engagement in digital mental health interventions among patients seeking psychiatric help. Two types of applications were compared: mindfulness-based and cognitive-behavioral therapy-based.

Results.
Participants used the assigned DMHI for an average of 8 days, with 88.2% using the app at least once. Engagement in Headspace was more than twice that of SilverCloud. Female gender, white race, higher education, and age under 60 predicted greater engagement. The severity of depression was associated with engagement in Headspace non-linearly.
