About the study.
The study aimed to investigate the influence of repeated warm-up (RWU) on athletic performance and perceived exertion in team sports athletes. The effects of RWU were compared to passive rest, and potential moderators of these effects were identified.
Results.
RWU improved standing jump, sprint, and agility performance but was also associated with increased perceived exertion. No statistically significant effects were found for backward jump, repeated sprint ability, or maximal strength. Moderator analyses showed that push-off style and lower limb dominance significantly influenced the effect of RWU on standing jump performance.

No interaction was found between training conditions and protein target levels for skeletal muscle mass (SMM). Concurrent training (CT) demonstrated lower fat mass compared to resistance training (RT), while RT contributed to increased strength in the leg press.

The aim of the study was to evaluate the effects of guanidinoacetic acid (GAA) supplementation with and without creatine monohydrate (CrM) on cognitive functions and health markers in healthy adults. The study involved 58 active adults who took various combinations of supplements for six weeks.
Results.
GAA supplementation improved overall reaction time and reaction time to correct answers, as well as enhanced memory and information retrieval speed. A significant increase in time spent in moderate physical activity was observed.
