The aim of the study was to assess the effectiveness of digital and web interventions in reducing stress and burnout among physicians, as well as their acceptability. A total of 21 studies were analyzed in the systematic review, including various types of interventions.
Results.
The meta-analysis showed a statistically significant reduction in burnout levels with low heterogeneity (18 comparisons: SMD = 0.29, 95% CI = 0.18, 0.41, p < 0.001).

Mindfulness ranked first in reducing overall burnout among nurses with a ranking probability of 78.2%. Social support ranked second with a probability of 68.1%, and cognitive-behavioral therapy ranked third with a probability of 60.6%. For emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, mindfulness showed the highest ranking probabilities of 88.1% and 73.0%, respectively.

The combined effect showed significant improvement (g = -2.62, 95% CI [-4.73, -0.51], p = .015), with substantial heterogeneity (I² = 95.6%). The direction of the effect was maintained in sensitivity analysis. No serious adverse effects were reported.
