Questionnaire on adrenal fatigue syndrome

Есть ли у вас синдром усталости надпочечников

This questionnaire is designed for the preliminary assessment of the likelihood of adrenal fatigue syndrome—a condition associated with prolonged stress, sleep disturbances, and increased physical demands on the body.

The test helps identify a combination of symptoms related to the exhaustion of the body’s stress-adaptation systems, as well as understand the extent of possible impairment.

The test determines the probable stage of adrenal fatigue syndrome. Stages (1, 2, 3A, 3B) are conditional levels of severity based on the intensity of symptoms. Early stages reflect a slight decrease in resilience to stress, while later stages indicate more pronounced impairments affecting well-being, recovery, and quality of life.
