Strawberry ice cream made of sour cream

To make strawberry ice cream, you will need the following ingredients:

• Strawberries, hulled (2 cups, 300 g)
• Sour cream 30% fat (300 g)
• MCT oil (60 ml)
• Erythritol or any other favorite sweetener (40 g or to taste)

Cut the strawberries into quarters. Then place them in the freezer for 3-5 hours or overnight. This will help improve the texture of the ice cream.

Next, put them in a blender or food processor. Add all the other ingredients and blend well until smooth.

After that, place it in the freezer to freeze.
