The combination of cranberry, ginger, and lemon creates a powerful cocktail that promotes improved digestion and boosts metabolism. As a result, it aids in weight loss.
Mash the cranberries (120 g) with a spoon. Then pour water (250 ml) into a pot and add the prepared berry puree.
You can also simply blend the cranberries with water in a blender for a more uniform consistency.
Place the pot on the stove and bring the contents to a boil. As soon as the drink boils, immediately turn off the heat to preserve all the vitamins and nutrients.
In the meantime, squeeze the juice from half a lemon (1/2 piece).
Add grated ginger (3 tsp), lemon juice, and cinnamon (1/3 tsp or 1 stick) to the pot. Mix all the ingredients well.
