Hot chocolate

To make hot chocolate, you will need the following ingredients:

• Unsalted butter (30 g)
• Cocoa powder (1 tablespoon)
• Erythritol (10 g)
• Vanilla (a quarter teaspoon)
• Boiling water (240 ml)

Place all the ingredients in a tall glass to use an immersion blender. Turn on the blender and mix the contents for 15-20 seconds until a thin foam appears on top.

Pour the hot cocoa into cups.
