Mix the gelatin (6 g) with 5 tablespoons of milk and let it swell. Then place it over medium heat and warm until fully dissolved.
In another bowl, combine cocoa (2 tbsp), sweetener (1–2 tsp), coconut oil (1 tsp), and water (100 ml). Mix thoroughly and bring to a boil.
After boiling, let the mixture cool slightly and add the dissolved gelatin to it.
Mix all the components well and let the glaze cool to room temperature.
The glaze is ready. After pouring it over the cake, place it in the refrigerator for 4–5 hours.
