1 l 666 ml
Servings: 2 (1 serving ≈ 292 gram)
Digestion time: 24 hour
Mix flaxseed or flax flour (16 g), Jerusalem artichoke flour (4 g), beet fiber (3 g), and water (500 g) in a pot.
Place the mixture over low heat and cook for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then cool the base to a warm state.
Pour the base into a blender, add frozen raspberries (60 g), and blend until smooth. If desired, add chia seeds (5 g), mix, and let the jelly thicken a bit.
For a stricter keto option, reduce the amount of raspberries or make the jelly without them.
