Peel the carrot (1 pc.) and cut it into cubes. Then prepare the celery (1 stalk) by cutting it into small pieces. Finely chop the herbs (dill, parsley, arugula).
Prick the tomato (1 pc.) with a fork and pour boiling water over it for 3-4 minutes, after which peel off the skin.
Place everything mentioned into a blender bowl, add water (100 ml) and blend until smooth.
