Thoroughly grind the rose hips (50 g) in a mortar. After that, place them in a teapot and add green tea (2 tsp) and a cinnamon stick (1 pc).

Pour hot water (200 ml) over this mixture and let it steep for 10-15 minutes.

Once the tea has steeped, it can be served with a slice of lemon.

This tea helps improve metabolism, normalize the digestive system, and reduce feelings of hunger.

Moreover, the combination of green tea with cinnamon and rose hips improves skin and oral cavity health, strengthens blood vessel walls, and has anti-inflammatory properties.
