Clean the ginger root (20–30 g) and cut it into small pieces.
Place the chopped ginger in a pot and pour water (350 ml) over it. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
Strain the infusion to remove the ginger pieces and add freshly squeezed lemon juice from half a lemon.
