Cool the milk to 36-40 °C. Add yogurt starter (1/4 sachet) and mix thoroughly.

Pour the mixture into a sterile jar and leave it in a warm place at 30-35 °C for 6.5-7 hours.

Transfer the finished drinkable yogurt to the refrigerator. Store for 2-3 days and shake before serving.
