Smoked radish fries – a quick keto side dish made from radish, smoked paprika, and ghee. After soaking and baking, the radish becomes softer, loses its excess sharpness, and serves as a good substitute for a small portion of vegetable fries.

Cut the radish (50 g) into strips, preferably using a crinkle cutter. Soak in cold water for 1 hour to soften the flavor.

Drain the water through a colander and place the radish on a towel. Pat dry well for better baking.

Transfer the radish to a bowl, add salt, smoked paprika (3 g), turmeric (2 g), and ghee (10 g). Mix well to ensure the spices evenly coat the pieces.

Spread the radish on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes. Serve hot or chilled.
