To prepare keto condensed milk, you will need the following ingredients:
- Coconut milk (800 g)
- Erythritol or another sweetener (80 g)
- Vanillin or cinnamon (to taste)
Pour the coconut milk (800 g) into a saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
Once the milk starts to boil, reduce the heat to low. Simmer the milk until it has reduced to half its volume. This will take about 40-50 minutes. Remember to stir occasionally to prevent it from burning.
After the milk has reduced, turn off the heat and add the erythritol (80 g) or your chosen sweetener. You can adjust the amount of sweetener to your taste.
You may also add a bit of vanillin or cinnamon for flavor.
When all the ingredients are well mixed and dissolved, pour the resulting condensed milk into clean jars. Allow it to cool to room temperature, then store it in the refrigerator.
This dessert can be stored for up to 3 months.
