Remove the heads from the garlic shoots (300 g) and cut them into pieces about 5 cm long.
Pour olive oil (1 tbsp) into the pan and heat it over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic shoots and sauté them for a few minutes until they become soft.
Then chop the onion (1 pcs) and bell pepper (1 pcs) and add them to the pan with the garlic shoots. Continue to fry all the ingredients together over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
After that, add all the spices: chili pepper (0.5 tsp), smoked paprika (0.5 tsp), erythritol (1 tsp), and salt (0.5 tsp).
Pour in soy sauce (3 tbsp) and mix thoroughly.
Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat, and let the dish simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
