In a small pot, bring salted water to a boil. After that, add the frozen green peas (150 g) and cook for three minutes. Once the time is up, drain the peas in a colander to remove excess water.
While the peas cool, cut the avocado (1 piece) in half and remove the pit. Then carefully peel the skin and chop the flesh into small pieces.
Place the chopped avocado into a blender bowl. Add the boiled green peas, mint leaves (a handful), lemon juice (2 tbsp), and a little salt to taste.
