Recalculate the sweetener. (Erythritol)
Crush the sea buckthorn (200 g), fresh basil (5 g), and erythritol (80 g) with a fork or a masher to release the juice from the berries and enhance the aroma of the basil.
Pour in cold water (700 g), mix well, and let the drink steep for 10 minutes. Strain the juice through a sieve and chill before serving.
The amount of erythritol can be reduced or increased to taste. If you want a more intense flavor, crush the sea buckthorn a bit more and leave the drink in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
