Thaw the cocktail shrimp (500 g). If they are cooked frozen shrimp, pour boiling water over them for 1 minute, then drain and dry well; if raw, boil them until done first.

Dice the tomatoes (250 g) finely. Peel the cucumber (200 g) if the skin is tough and dice it finely as well. Finely grate the hard cheese (100 g).

Mix sugar-free mayonnaise (90 g), minced garlic (6 g), dill (10 g), table salt (2 g), and black pepper (1 g).

Combine the shrimp, tomatoes, cucumber, and cheese. Dress the salad, mix, and serve in portions or in layers.
