To prepare chocolate glaze, you will need the following ingredients:
Start by melting the chocolate (200 g). This can be done in a water bath or in a microwave, stirring every 20 seconds to avoid overheating.
Once the chocolate is completely melted, add the vegetable oil (50 g) and mix well until all components are combined.
You can also use an immersion blender for a smooth consistency.
For glazing, use a fork. Dip the dessert on the fork into the glaze and carefully lift it out, allowing excess glaze to drip off.
Place the glazed dessert on a prepared surface lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes to set.
After the glaze has hardened, carefully trim any excess glaze from the sides of the dessert.
