Chocolate in 15 minutes (without tempering)
A source of antioxidants and healthy fats, this chocolate supports heart health and improves mood. The delicate taste of cocoa and the sweetness of stevia make it an excellent dessert for a keto diet.
Grate into an iron bowl (or cut into small pieces):
- Cocoa butter: 50 grams
- Grated cocoa: 100 grams
- Stevia powder (can be ground in a coffee grinder): 50 grams
Option with cocoa powder:
- Cocoa butter: 100 grams
- Cocoa powder: 50 grams
- Stevia powder: 50 grams
Boil a small amount of water in a saucepan. Then turn off the heat, and place an iron bowl on the saucepan so that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.
Wait until 20-30% of the total mass has melted. Then start stirring.
Stir until there are no lumps left in the bowl.
The longer you stir, the better the stevia powder will dissolve.
