Prepare the gelatin – soak 11 g of gelatin in 40 g of water for 15 minutes. Then heat it in short bursts of 10-15 seconds in the microwave, but do not bring it to a boil.
Heat the berries (1 cup) and lemon juice (1/3 cup) in a saucepan over medium heat until steam appears and juice is released. Add stevia to taste.
Blend the mixture with a blender until smooth.
Add the gelatin and blend again until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a mold and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Remove the set candies and decorate with coconut flakes or nuts.
