Digestion time: 2 hour
Heat water (200 g) and cranberries (50 g), mash the berries, and strain the hot juice.
Add flaxseed flour (3.5 g) and acai powder (3 g) to the hot juice. Mix well with a whisk to avoid lumps.
Let the jelly sit for 2 hours to thicken and enhance the flavor. Stir before serving.
The jelly can be prepared in the evening and left in the refrigerator overnight. This will make the texture thicker and the taste milder.
