Finely chop the onion (1/2 piece). Mince the garlic (1/2 clove).

Mash the tomatoes in their own juice without sugar (150 g) and remove the skin.

Combine the onion, garlic, and tomatoes in an ovenproof dish.

Cut the chicken breasts (100 g) into portion-sized pieces. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Place the chicken in the tomato mixture.

Put the dish in the microwave on maximum power for 10–12 minutes.

Remove the dish and stir thoroughly. Return to the microwave for another 10–12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.

Add chopped parsley and dill to taste. Stir and serve.

The dish can be served hot or chilled.
