Wash the beef steaks (500 g), pat them dry with a paper towel, and rub them with sugar-free soy sauce (15 g), salt, and black pepper. Leave the meat at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. Place the steaks on the grill and cook to your desired doneness: 10-12 minutes for rare, 15-18 minutes for medium, or up to 25 minutes for well done.

Let the steaks rest for 3-5 minutes and serve with keto sauce or baked low-carb vegetables.
