Rinse the paper filters with a hot rinse and place them in the AeroPress holder. Grind the coffee (15 g) fairly coarse, add it to the chamber, and place the brewer on a stable cup.
Water (230 g) should be about 80 °C. Pour it in, making sure all the grounds are wet first. Stir after 30 seconds, add the remaining water to the total weight, and let it steep until 1:15.
Stir once more, insert the plunger, and press smoothly until it reaches the coffee bed. Finish pressing at about 1:45–1:50 and serve immediately.
