Briefly grind the flaxseed flour (10 g).
Mix the coconut flour (20 g), flaxseed flour (10 g), psyllium (10 g), and table salt (to taste).
Add olive oil (15 g), apple cider vinegar (5 g), and water (100 g), stir, and rest the dough for 5 minutes.
Roll the dough into a thin sheet between parchment sheets.
Bake at 220°C for 12–15 minutes. Cool and carefully peel the lavash from the parchment.
