Boil a small amount of water in a saucepan. Then turn off the heat, and place an iron bowl on the saucepan so that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.
Wait until 20-30% of the total mass has melted. Then start stirring.
Stir until there are no lumps left in the bowl.
The longer you stir, the better the stevia powder will dissolve.
Pour the chocolate into molds and let it set for 3-4 hours. Alternatively, you can put the chocolate in the refrigerator.
