In a small bowl, combine soy sauce (2 tbsp) and rice vinegar (2 tbsp). Add sesame oil (1 tbsp). Pour in chili-based hot sauce (1 tbsp). Sriracha or Tabasco will work. Mix the sauce thoroughly until smooth.
Add a few drops of the sauce to each oyster just before serving.
For a more pronounced flavor, you can add the components separately directly into the oyster: first soy sauce, then rice vinegar, sesame oil, and a few drops of hot sauce.
