Peel the:
Cut the fruits in half and remove the seeds. Then place the peeled citrus fruits in a blender along with:
- salt (1/2 tsp);
- black pepper (1/4 tsp);
- dried herbs: rosemary, oregano, thyme (1 tsp).
Blend everything until smooth.
Pour the resulting marinade over pieces of meat, such as chicken thighs, and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
