Slice cucumber (50 g), kiwi (50 g), and lime (50 g) into thin rounds. Tear fresh parsley (5 g) by hand.

Place the prepared ingredients in a pitcher, fill with water (1 L), and let it steep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve the drink well chilled.

Kiwi in this recipe is used in a small amount and is well-suited for 1 liter of drink. If you want a milder taste, let the water steep for 1 hour and then remove the kiwi slices.
