Combine sunflower seeds (140 g), sesame (70 g), pumpkin seeds (70 g), and chia seeds (50 g).

Allulose (100 g) and cocoa butter (20 g) form the binder: heat them in a small saucepan until fluid and smooth.

Stir the seeds into the hot binder, quickly spread the mixture between sheets of parchment, and roll it to about 5 mm thick.

Chill the sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, then remove the top parchment and cut the kozinak into pieces.

Keep the kozinak in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
