Slice the cucumbers (250 g) thinly. Toss them with miso paste (20 g) and salt (2 g), keeping in mind that the miso already adds saltiness of its own.

Add the finely chopped garlic (6 g) and dill (20 g). Massage the cucumbers well so they release some juice and become coated in the aromatic seasoning.

Cover and chill for 2-3 hours. Stir once more before serving and keep the cucumbers cold.
