Dry the sesame seeds (100 g) in the oven at 90 °C, stirring occasionally, until fragrant.

Grind the seeds in a coffee grinder until you get a loose paste.

Add cold-pressed sesame oil (2 tbsp) and a pinch of salt. Blend the mixture in a blender.

Store the tahini in the refrigerator for no longer than a day. For long-term storage, prepare in small batches.
