Transfer the seeds to a blender and grind them to a flour-like consistency. Add olive oil (40 ml).

Continue blending until you achieve a paste-like consistency, occasionally stopping the blender to scrape the mixture from the walls.

Add salt to taste. Blend again until smooth and homogeneous.

Transfer the finished paste to a glass jar. Seal tightly and store in the refrigerator.
