Chicken liver pate with avocado is soft and tastes fresher than a classic buttery pate.
Prepare vegetable saute (100 g) first. Trim chicken liver (250 g). Place it on parchment in a dish and bake at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
Transfer the cooked liver to a blender. Add avocado flesh (120 g), vegetable saute, nutmeg (2 g), sea salt (to taste) and black pepper (to taste). Blend until smooth.
