Wash broccoli (400 g), dry it, and cut it with the stems into serving pieces. Slice red onion (120 g) into half-rings and crush garlic (8 g).

Heat the oven to 200 °C. Warm part of the olive oil (30 g) in a skillet, sauté garlic and onion for about 2 minutes, then move the onion to a baking dish and discard the garlic.

In the same skillet, quickly sauté the broccoli for 3 minutes. Transfer it to the onion and roast for 13-15 minutes. Sprinkle the hot broccoli with lemon (30 g), salt, pepper, and Parmesan (30 g).
