Cut the bell pepper (1 piece) into small pieces and sauté in a pan until soft.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped cherry tomatoes (130 g), arugula (120 g), pickled cucumbers (2 pieces), sautéed peppers, and finely chopped red onion (1/4 of a small onion).
