V60 Coffee
Coffee provides caffeine, polyphenolic compounds, and a small amount of magnesium. Blooming and a careful circular pour create a clean, balanced cup with a bright aroma. The method needs only a dripper, paper filter, scale, and control of brew time.

Heat water (250 g) to 94–95°C. Place a paper filter in the V60 dripper, rinse it with hot water, warm the server, and discard the water.
Grind coffee (15 g), add it to the filter, and level the bed.
Pour in a small amount of hot water to bloom the coffee and wait 30–50 seconds, until the active bubbling decreases.
Pour in the remaining water gradually in circular motions without touching the paper filter. Finish so the total brew time is about 2–3 minutes.
