Cut the cauliflower (650 g) into small pieces. Then boil it in salted water until soft.
When the cauliflower is ready, drain the water and place it in a bowl.
The next step is to chop the red onion (1/2 piece) and celery (3 stalks).
Add the chopped vegetables and the cooked bacon (5 strips), previously cut into small pieces, to the bowl with the cauliflower.
