Clean the carrots (5 pcs) and chop them in a blender or grate them on a fine grater.
Add almond flour (100 g), egg (1 pc), salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well until smooth.
Form patties and, if desired, coat them additionally in almond flour for breading.
Fry the patties in melted butter (2–3 tbsp) for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
You can also bake the patties at a temperature of 180–190 °C, brushing them with melted butter, until golden brown (about 25 minutes).
