Recalculate the sweetener. (Erythritol)
Crush black currants (200 g) and fresh mint (5 g) with a fork to release the juice from the berries and the aroma from the mint.
Add erythritol (60 g), pour in water (700 g), and mix the drink well. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, strain if desired, and serve cold.
The amount of erythritol can be slightly decreased or increased to taste.
For strict keto, drink the beverage in small portions of 150-200 ml, as some carbohydrates transfer from the berries into the drink.
