Thaw crab meat (400 g) in the refrigerator. If the meat is raw, place it in salted boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes, until it becomes firm and fully opaque. If the crab is already cooked, warm it in boiling water for 1 minute, then pat dry.

Melt butter (100 g) over low heat. Add lemon juice (25 g) and table salt (2 g), then stir.

Serve the warm crab meat with lemon butter, dipping the pieces into the sauce right before eating.
