Place the cod fillet (250 g) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season the fish to taste and add vegetable oil (20 ml).

After that, send the fish to the preheated oven at 160°C for 10-15 minutes, until cooked.

Once the cod is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Then tear the fish into pieces by hand.

In a deep bowl, mix the cod with cream cheese (50 g), add mayonnaise (25 g), and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients until you achieve a homogeneous mass.
