Rinse the lamb (500 g), pat it dry with a paper towel, and cut it into large pieces.

In a bowl, mix allulose (30 g), sugar-free soy sauce (30 g), grated ginger (5 g), salt, and black pepper.

Add the lamb to the marinade, mix, and let it sit for 1-2 hours.

Cook in an air fryer at 200 °C for 20-25 minutes. During cooking, periodically turn the meat and brush it with the remaining marinade.

Serve hot while the pieces have a glossy sweet-salty crust.
