Wash the lamb (500 g), pat it dry with a paper towel, and cut it into large pieces.

Slice the onion (100 g) into half-rings. Cut the zucchini (300 g) and bell pepper (150 g) into large cubes.

Place the meat and vegetables in a deep bowl. Add olive oil (45 g), salt, black pepper, and paprika to taste. Mix well and let marinate for 1-2 hours.

Cook in an air fryer at 200 °C for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve hot as a standalone meat dish with a vegetable side.
