Broccoli (500 g) divide into florets. Dip into boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then drain in a colander.

For the sauce, mix water (130 g), unsweetened soy sauce (45 g), minced garlic (8 g), ginger (2 g), allulose (5 g), and xanthan gum (1 g).

Pour the sauce into a frying pan or saucepan and heat for 2-3 minutes until it slightly thickens.

Add the broccoli, stir, and heat for another couple of minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds (10 g).
