Mix agar-agar (7 g) with 60 ml of water.
Add 200 ml of coconut milk, mascarpone (200 g), and 120 ml of water to a saucepan. Mix well until you have a homogeneous mass.
Add 1-2 tbsp of erythritol.
If desired, you can add 50 g of unsweetened cocoa. Mix again until all ingredients are fully combined.
Add the agar-agar, then place the saucepan on the heat. Wait for the mixture to boil, then cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool slightly. Then pour the mixture into a mold and place it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to set.
